Using cardboard and other recycled materials, your kids will have the opportunity to make arcade games or whatever tickles their fancy.

This is our most popular program. Participants make games such as foosball, basketball shooting, skee ball, kerplunk, and so much more. The only limitation is creativity.

Drop off time: 8:30am (no supervision is provided prior to this time) Pick up time: 4pm (standard day) 6pm (extended day) Please note that all makers must be signed in and out of the program each day by an authorised person registered with MakerDojo.
Bialik College, Tooronga Rd Hawthorn East. MakerDojo will be in the Mifgash (multi-purpose room). To get to the Mifgash, enter via Tooronga Rd and head down hill, keeping the buildings on your right. The Mifgash is the last room before the courtyard with a water feature and the statue of Mr Bialik.
Comfortable clothing, appropriate to the weather including a hat. No thongs or open-toed shoes please.
Please pack a morning and afternoon snack as well as lunch and a water bottle. Due to possible allergies, please do not pack nuts or nut-based products. We will have sunscreen available but please pack sunscreen if your child has allergies or sensitivities to sunscreen. If your child has asthma or allergies, please bring a copy of their Asthma and/or Anaphylaxis Management plan, along with any labelled medication.
Attendees will learn to think creatively whilst using mathematics and engineering to make a working arcade game.
$95 per child per day (including a $25 deposity to secure your child’s place). We are a Child Care Subsidy (CCS) provider. To claim your subsidy, please fill out the registration form (orange) below. We also offer extended care from 4-6pm for an additional $25.
