‘MAKERDOJO’S REFER A FRIEND AND WIN’ COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By entering the “MakerDojo’s Refer a Friend and WIN” competition, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
1. STANDARD TERMS
1.1 Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry.
2. WHO CAN ENTER?
2.1 VIC residents who are 18 years and over and customers of the Promoter are eligible to enter the promotion.
3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1 The competition commences on Wednesday 12th May at 12:01 am and concludes on Friday 25th June 2021 at 05.00 pm.
3.2 In order to enter, eligible entrants must refer a family to MakerDojo where both the referring family and the referred family book at least one child for one full or half day with MakerDojo for the June/July 2021 holiday period. The referring family must have previously attended MakerDojo. The referred family must have not attended MakerDojo previously. The $15 (half day) or $25 (full day) deposit to secure a spot must also be paid to MakerDojo. If entrant is successful, the deposit will be refunded to both the entrant and the referred family within 14 days of the conclusion of the competition. Eligible entrants must use the booking form and provide the referring families names, email address, and phone number. Bookings must be made within the competition timeframe – between Wednesday 12th May at 12:01 am and Friday 25th June 2021 at 05:00 pm.
3.3 Eligible entrants in the competition may enter the prize draw multiple times. Once the referring family has booked at least one child for one full or half day with MakerDojo for the June/July 2021 holiday period, they can enter the prize draw multiple times by refering additional families. An entrant receives one entry every time they enter through this method.
3.4 Entries must be received by Friday 25th June at 05:00 pm.
4. PRIZES
4.1 There will be one (1) prize draw and three (3) winners. The winners will receive one prize package, as set out below.
4.2 The prize consists of:

Total prize value is $247.00.
4.3 The winner is not required to be present at the time of the draw. The winner will be notified within 14 days of the draw date.
4.4 In participating in the prize, the winner agrees to participate and co-operate as required in all editorial activities relating to the Competition. The winner agrees to grant the promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide and the winners will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
4.5 If the winner of the prize is under the age of 18 as at the date of the draw, an adult must accompany the minor in the participation of the prize.
4.6 Prizes cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
5. HOW TO WIN
5.1 There will be one (1) winner chosen from total pool of entries received, chosen on Saturday 19th June at 12:00 pm. Each entrant who has entered the competition over the duration of the competition and registered all details required (“Qualifying Entrant”) will be eligible. The winner will be chosen subject to the criteria set out in clause 3.2.
5.2 Winners will be notified by using the contact details on file with the promoter within fourteen (14) days of the draw.
5.3 The promoter’s decision is final, and the promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.
5.4 The promoter reserves the right to refuse to allow a winner to take part in any or all aspects of the prize, if the Promoter determines, in their absolute discretion, that a winner is not in the mental or physical condition necessary to be able to safely participate in the prize. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the promoter in its absolute discretion.
6. NO LIABILITY
6.1 In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter’s ability to proceed with the competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the competition and recommence it from the start on the same conditions.
6.2 Innov8 eLearning Pty Ltd will take no responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit, or late, lost or misdirected mail.
6.3 Innov8 eLearning Pty Ltd will not be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss or claim that may occur:
a) during the draw;
b) while undertaking any activity in or connected with their entry into the draw;
c) in the participation in any prize;
d) as a consequence of late, lost or misdirected mail;
e) due to the publication of any material, including any statements made by any compare, staff member, journalist, other entrants or any other person;
f) in relation to failure of an entry to be received by the promoter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion;
g) arising from or related to any problem or technical malfunction of any computer equipment, software, internet connection, any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer software related to or resulting from participation in this promotion.
6.4 Innov8 eLearning Pty Ltd assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, and reserves the right to take any action that may be available.
6.5 If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
